Lost Card Policy
The NSTC Office does not maintain any records of card holders. If a card holder is unable to recall where or when they took the class, they may have to retake it. It is strongly recommended to maintain a copy of the card to assist if at any time a card holder requires a replacement.
Cards may be reissued by the company of record based on review of original attendance records (rosters). If these conditions can not be met, then the individual must retake the class. The company of record is the company where the instructor originally took the course, or a third-party provider.
